Having completed a large kitchen extension project in 2018, we contacted David once we had decided the outline of our plans for a new patio.
David was happy to invest time discussing ideas, and we eventually settled on a design for which he presented a detailed quote at a fair price.
Throughout the project, David proved to be a flexible and courteous contractor. We worked in partnership with him to add some parts to the original plan, to choose materials for a new front entrance and driveway surface, and to work through the inevitable “Unexpected” which were encountered.
David was happy to reuse some old materials where appropriate, to supply the paving, and to allow us to source gravel to best delivery the project. He kept us informed at every stage of what turned out to be a large project and was constructive in response to any concerns raised.
We now have a large Indian stone patio, which blends into the kitchen extension, a new driveway which tidies up the whole plot, And a clean and tidy site.
